In the spirit world.
They are ghosts.
Souls who have left their bodies after death.
After so much suffering and trauma.
Where is the love, when all I see is so much Karma?
In the ones who have killed them.

That is why they remain ghosts.
Spirit Guides, or Hosts.

Mothers or fathers.

When I see all of these innocent children dying on TV where I live.
